I qualify for the Senior / Disabled Rate for camping, how do I get this? New customers are charged the standard rate for the first transaction. Proof of qualification will need to be provided to staff at checkin, once staff confirms qualification for reduced rate a refund for the difference will be issued to the original form of payment.
I qualify for a reduced rate for the annual pass, how can I get this? New annual pass purchases made online will be charged the standard rate. If you qualify for the reduced rate please contact one of the parks directly for assistance.  If you are renewing an annual pass as an existing customer your qualifying rate will be automotacially generated.

Does Lake Solano rent boats? If so, when? Canoe and kayak rentals are available at Lake Solano for first come first served use on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from April 1st thru September 30th, beginning at 10am. Check in at the Nature Center for prices and availability.
Can I bring my dog to the park? Dogs are welcome in the campground only, they must be on a leash at all times and are charged a nightly fee. Dogs are not allowed in the beach, picnic, or day use areas at any of the four Solano County Parks.
Are Campfires allowed? Campfires are allowed year around at Sandy Beach Park, unless otherwise posted. Campfires are allowed year around at Lake Solano in most campsites, unless otherwise posted. 
 
No ash producing fires are allowed at Lake Solano in the event of of a Red Flag Warning alert issued by the National Weather Service. How many vehicles can I have at my campsite? Is there a place at the park where I can park vehicels if I have more than than two? When a campsite reservation is made, the fee accounts for one vehicle. A second vehicle costs $10 per night. There is no additional parking available, the parking is maxed at 2 vehicles.
What is the cancellation / refund policy? CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS: No person under the age of 18 shall make a reservation, nor camp within a County Park unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Reservation may be made from two (2) weeks up to seven (7) months prior to arrival. No reservation may be made within two weeks of arrival. Check in time is anytime after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Your campsite will be reserved until 11:00 a.m. of the day following your scheduled arrival. A two-night (Friday and Saturday) minimum stay is required for a reservation made for a Friday night.
PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION: Payment of camping fees are required at the time the reservation is made. This will include a non-refundable reservation fee charged for each reservation. Extra fees (e.g., dog, extra vehicles, etc.) will be payable at check-in.
CANCELLATION OR LOSS OF RESERVATION: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior, the camper will be subject to partial payment of camping fees (see REFUND POLICY, below). All reservation cancellations (including internet reservations made on-line) must be cancelled IN PERSON or BY TELEPHONE by calling the park directly (Lake Solano Park = (530) 795-2990 Sandy Beach Park = (707) 374-2097. Failure to arrive or call the park by 11 am of the day following your scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the first two (2) nights' camping fees and the non-refundable reservation fee, and cancellation of any remaining days on the reservation.
REFUND POLICY, CAMPSITES: If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, camper will be refunded all fees except the non-refundable reservation fee. Refunds for credit card payments may be made in person at the park, or by telephone. All refunds for cash or check payments will be made by check issued by the County of Solano, and mailed within 45 days of cancellation. If cancellation is made LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR to scheduled arrival date, camper will be refunded all fees EXCEPT the first night's camping fees and the non-refundable reservation fee. Failure to arrive or call the park by 11 am of the day following your scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the first two (2) nights' camping fees, the non-refundable reservation fee, and cancellation of any remaining days on the reservation.
